What are some good babys first finger foods?
My 9 month old is starting to like finger foods. She likes those gerber veggie puffs. I am so afraid to trey new things with her, because I think she might choke on something. She doesnt actually gum the puffs, but more moves it around on her tongue till it gets soggy enough for her to swallow. Any suggestions on what else to try with her? Thanks!
peas, corn, cheerios, zwibach toasts, small pieces of peeled apples, small pieces of bananas, small cubed cheese, well cooked veggies of all sorts, boiled potatoes cubed small, anything like that.
