Birth Announcement to President?
During my pregnancy I read in a magazine (can't remember which one) that if you mail a birth announcement to the white house/president that you'll get something back congradulating on the birth of your child or something of sorts from the president. I thought it was a cute thing to have as a simple keepsake for my son so any help would be appreciated.
